Hey! Thanks for taking the time to read through one of our open roles. We’re looking for an exceptional Head of People to join us and we hope this could be a match made in heaven. 

Who is Peppy?
Our mission is to fix healthcare & wellbeing. We do this by supporting the employees of our global clients, including JP Morgan, Disney, Meta, Nvidia, Microsoft, Sony, Clifford Chance, Wells Fargo, Bloomberg, and over 200 others.

Having already revolutionised the employee benefits sector with our innovative clinical products – such as the world’s first menopause benefit – we are now building the world’s most advanced benefits management platform. Think of us as a “Deel for Benefits” – a rocket-ship opportunity with a mission that truly matters. The global benefits sector encompasses employer-funded pensions, critical illness insurance, private healthcare insurance, and many other categories. What will a day in the life of our Head of People look like?

    • Be responsible for the end-to-end employee experience at Peppy
    • Support the development and set foundations for the Peppy culture that will enable the team to scale and grow
    • Work with our CFO on the rewards, compensation and benefits strategy for the team
    • Handle all employment relations diligently and sensitively
    • Provide support for learning and development for all levels of the organisation, including management and senior leaders
    • Be responsible for employee engagement, events and internal comms
    • Ensure all HR activities and processes are up to date, compliant and in line with the Peppy values
    • Manage external recruiter relationships to ensure top talent is coming into the team
    • Inherit and grow a small but mighty People team at Peppy
    • Ensure that we have the appropriate HR technology and other tools as we grow
    • Manage and have oversight of the entire People function, including management of our People and Office Manager

    • An intellectual interest and curiosity in creating amazing workplace cultures
    • The ability to set the strategic vision but also keen to roll up their sleeves when needed
    • The motivation to be part of a force for good and revolutionise the health tech and benefits space
    • Extremely strong analytical skills
    • A strong commercial mindset
    • Created and driven a high-performance culture, holding a high bar for ambitious employees
    • Achieved success in a VC-backed startup or PE-backed company
