As a Commercial Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in renewing and expanding our client base, driving growth through existing business. Reporting directly to the VP of Client Success, you will work proactively to identify client risk, red flags, and key growth opportunities.

Life as a Commercial Account Manager at Peppy:

    • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Develop and execute strategies to maximise NRR through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
    • Client Renewal Management: Ensure timely and successful contract renewals by proactively engaging with clients throughout the contract lifecycle.
    • Identify and Execute Expansion Opportunities: Recognise and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned client accounts.
    • Client Support and Satisfaction: Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client issues.
    • Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in account management.
    • Training and Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and client management techniques through training and development.

Our dream Commercial Account Manager:

    • Has 4+ years experience in a similar client-facing, account management role.
    • Has a proven track record in commercially-driven account management, delivering strong commercial and strategic outcomes for your clients, ideally working with Fortune 500 clients.
    • Has built their career in the B2B SaaS world, with previous success at another startup or scale-up.
    • Is an exceptional relationship-builder, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
    • Is a strong strategic thinker, with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
    • Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
