Life as our Paralegal at Peppy:

The legal team plays a key function at Peppy. We are looking for an individual that is interested in  growing  with the company and building  their skillset. Appropriate support will be provided for growth and development. This role will focus on supporting corporate and commercial functions of the business. In addition we would like the individual to assist with legal operations and implementing technology to support the team. 

Your key duties will include:

    • Supporting the Head of Legal and other members of the legal team in corporate and commercial matters
    • Reviewing and revising legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and other agreements
    • Assisting with corporate governance, including equity management and company secretarial work
    • Assisting with legal research 
    • Helping with legal operations including technology research
    • Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed

Our dream Paralegal has:

    • 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm or corporate legal department
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Enthusiasm for technology in legal services 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Some knowledge of contract law and corporate governance
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
