As an Assistant Manager - Partnerships Operations at PayU Payments, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of partnership sales, with a primary focus on partner onboarding, invoice management, issue management, and overall sales operations support. You will work closely with the sales and partnership teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks, contributing to the success of our partnership initiatives and overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

    • Partner Onboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new partners, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed efficiently and accurately.
    • Invoice Management: Manage the invoicing process for partner transactions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
    • Issue Management: Serve as a point of contact for partners regarding operational issues or concerns, promptly addressing and resolving issues to maintain strong partner relationships.
    • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques and tools to extract insights from sales and operational data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in partnership sales operations.
    • Operational Support: Provide comprehensive operational support to the sales and partnership teams, assisting with day-to-day tasks, reporting, and coordination to ensure smooth operations.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery in partnership sales operations.
    • Merchant Enablement: Partner with internal stakeholders at PayU to develop and implement strategies aimed at providing merchants with better and multiple payment options. Collaborate with product development, technology, and business development teams to assess merchant needs, identify opportunities for expanding payment options, and drive the implementation of new payment solutions. Act as a liaison between merchants and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of priorities, ultimately enhancing merchant satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales operations, partnership management, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of data analysis principles and proficiency in related tools such as Excel, SQL, or CRM systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
    • Prior experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus.
