About the role:
This is a great opportunity for experienced sales professional to join a young & successful team in a
dynamic and fast paced growth environment. The successful candidate should be highly effective and
owns the business targets for acquisition of merchants in the Growth segment. This person should
employ the consultative selling approach to first understand the merchant needs and then pitch the
appropriate products to the merchants from the PayU suite of offerings.

    • Looking for 4-5 years of experience with 1-2 years of experience in payments
    • The Sales manager is responsible for growing business & revenue by hunting new opportunities (merchants), cross/ Up-selling & retaining the portfolio to grow the portfolio.
    • The Account manager should have the ability to manage relationships (both internal and external), solve any issues at various level, sustain and improve the relationships.
    • The Account manager should have the willingness to learn new products, align to the functioning of the cross functional teams and should be good in selling solutions using the services / products of PayU.
    • The base work location will be in Mumbai.

What are we looking for?

    • Experience in B2B sales in any industry. Experience in online PG merchant acquiring will be an added advantage.
    • Passionate about supporting startups, Deep experience and knowledge within the startup, VC or Accelerator / Incubator community
    • Experience with account management, relationship management, business development and solution selling
    • Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
