Designation: Manager/Senior Manager- Affordability
Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai
Year of Experience: 5-11 Years

Primary Job Responsibilities:
 
·         Offering Affordability products like EMI, BNPL & Offer Engine to OEMs & Merchants
·         Managing relationship with existing OEMs and On-board new OEMs on PayU platform
·         Experience in B2B sales, Solution sales and managing sales funnel to acquire new customers
·         Own targets on customer acquisition and cross-selling to existing customers
·         Meet OEMs to understand their requirements and work closely with product and other cross functional teams to deliver the same.
·         Partner with issuer alliances teams to close cashback/discount schemes between issuers and OEMs
·         Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure roll out of schemes and settlement of funds b/w OEMs and Issuers
·         This role requires deep operational understanding apart from sales experience.
·         Coming up with strategies to increase penetration on affordability offerings along with sales funnel management.
·         Collaborate across multiple Internal units - Product, Sales & Operations to deliver optimum output.
 
 
Mandatory Qualifications:
·         Passion towards building a large consumer fintech business
·         Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with client-centric approach
·         Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interact with all levels of client organization including Executive and C-level
·         Should have 5-10 years of experience
·         Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with cross-functional teams internally and customers.
·         Understanding of Affordability/EMI business will be an added advantage.
·         Understanding of digital payments ecosystem and strong hunting skills.
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
