Role: Executive/ Senior Executive- Employee Engagement
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon
Entity: PayU Finance
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
·         Execute all engagement related activities outlined for the month including Fun Fridays, festival celebrations, wellness initiatives, etc.
·         Ensure healthy participation from employees in all engagement activities on the floor and aim at creating impact through these activities
·         Coordinate with teams across locations to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of activities
·         Design Electronic communication /Teasers, e-mailers, EDMs to drive engagement activities. Should be versed with tools like Power Point, forms, Canva, Excel, etc.
·         Facilitate milestone celebrations & reward and recognition initiatives across locations
·         Maintain and update EE trackers for the employee programs and initiatives launched during the year
·         Support in driving CSR initiatives in tandem with the overall CSR strategy
·         Vendor Management for evaluating promotions, offers & benefits for the employees
