Duties and responsibilities:

    • You will be directing the course of the Product. You define and are responsible for every element of the product (Market knowledge, features, flow, UI/UX and everything else there is to it).  You need to think both strategy and tactical.
    • You need to stay on top of industry trends and direction.  Ensure leading edge in product definition, and out of box thinking
    • Work with the executive team in defining the product roadmap, and then deliver it.
    • Stay on top of the key metrics of the product, and continuously work towards improving them. All this in a highly ambiguous environment.
    • You will be working every day with a variety of different teams (Business, Banks, Partners, and Merchants). You will be required to understand all their business needs capture and share it with the internal teams, in a language in which the Engineering and QA teams can understand.
    • Coordinate with various teams during implementation.
    • In the hyper growth mobile/internet economy. As we build bigger and better things, be willing to take up bigger and better challenges.

Required Skills:

    • Overall experience of 5+ years, with atleast 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
    • Subject Matter Expert on EMVco 3DS Protocol & ISO 8583 Messaging Standards
    • Working knowledge of 3DS protocol and ISO 8583 messaging related industry regulations.
    • Have experience in closely working with card Schemes on 3DS Solutions, Authorization, Clearing & Settlement with related mandates
    • Should have good understanding on PG Integrations, Switch Integration on CNP / CP Payment method.
    • Capability to handle Bank Requirements & convert them to FSD, PRD in terms of onboarding, Online/offline Processing, Reconciliation & Settlement.
    • Ability to understand and execute Agile Product Delivery.
    • Have a solid understanding of business fundamentals, consumer behavior & user flow, and use them at work, everyday
    • Be extremely data driven.
    • Have built and delivered great "platforms" or "consumer experience"
