Role:  Product Solutions Specialist                                                                      
Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore
 
About the Role:
•Ability to lead and manage full lifecycle projects after identifying key and differentiated new business offering and opportunities.
•Proven expertise in simplifying operations of large complex payment solutions.
•Serve as a peer to peer guide and have the ability to influence business and technical mismatches to provide immediate and interim and long term solutions
•Exceptional communication skills on all fronts with the ability to work independently and along with a larger team of technical and business resources.

What you’ll be doing:
You will be a one stop shop for all tech requirements for enterprise merchants. Core responsibility of this role is to identify business goals and challenges and merchants/PayU and work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and other internal team to deliver a compelling solution. 
•Required to work with sales team to provide value addition for PayU in the form of defining customer requirements, goals and challenges in order to provide customized, compelling and differentiated solutions.
•Understand PayU's product suite and provide unique solution offerings after discussions with customer’s technical and business teams to assess and gather the gamut of requirements.
•Intuitively working with internal sales and customer teams to keep them abreast of changes in product delivery plans in order to meet the assessed requirements.
•Ability to identify differences between customized and core product offerings on an as is basis.
•Interfacing with PayU's product engineering teams to align and present solutions for existing and prospective customers via on hand demonstrations.

What are we looking for?
•6+ Years in a similar role with customer front ending in the fintech space as a product, solutions manager or a similar role
•Presales experience with a proven earlier track record of consulting technical solutions in the fintech arena.
•Ability to discuss financials with respect to solutions to be rendered, engineering back ground a must, MBA is preferable.
•Strong knowledge of the online payment processes
•Good knowledge of MYSQL & Python OR PHP.
