About the Role- Operations manager is responsible for developing and implementing operations strategy and oversight for all aspects of customer onboarding, reconciliation, settlements, refunds, customer service, reporting processes and to meet service standards, drive process improvement, cost control and automation. Duties and Responsibilities • Design, implement and manage operational flows, reconciliation and settlement processes and ensure operational efficiency • Act as the functional lead of day-to-day operations for the reconciliation team. Ensure complete, accurate and timely delivery. • Management of daily transactions and fund reconciliation and partner settlements • Establish efficient, cost effective and scalable processes for operations and support with a focus on 'Customer delight'. • Ensuring that all customer concerns and complaints are satisfactorily resolved within the given timelines • Collaborate with product team to incorporate enhancements/changes to product and services into operational processes. Redesign process to cover new business opportunity while working with business product & tech teams. • Foster consensus, create processes, solve problems, and ultimately help us to build a better product. • Manage all strategic business operations including the development and adoption of best practices and policies and procedures • Ensure process and reporting compliance along with building required intelligence in operations as per regulations. • Involve in system design, selection and play key role in the implementation of suitable systems and solutions • Manage the overall day-to-day operational processes within the payment and financial services team • Drive an innovation culture for process improvement- automation. • Adopt a risk-based approach to proactively identify and address risks • Build relationships across departments to manage and resolve escalated issues in the most efficient manner and manage a large group of stakeholders Requirements • Desired candidate should have minimum 5-6 years of experience in Fintech or financial services • Previous experience of handling complex reconciliations and large volumes of financial data • Experience in solving complex problems with measurable impact • Spontaneous, quick thinker and a self-starter with key organisational skills that includes attention to detail and multi-tasking. • A demonstrated track record in producing measurable results. • Strong capability to influence at the executive level and communicate ideas and work effectively. • Ability to work in diverse, dynamic environment and effectively collaborate across teams, especially by managing without authority.
