Be part of our PayU Team we are looking for our next salesforce administrator/developer who will insure that the sales and operations processes are implemented in the best possible way in Salesforce.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Own, drive and improve development process and planning within a team of developers.
Be responsible for the delivery of practical and sustainable solutions in a cross functional environment; by actively engaging with business stakeholders and truly, understanding their business needs.
Assure platform stability and improvement through design solutions.
Deliver development projects as per agreed planning, by assuring clear business requirements and solution design, as well as driving testing and quality control.
Testing the new developed apps/modules developed.
Help gather and create requirements for future projects.
Data quality and integrity monitoring.
Support for end-users, including mass data updates/imports using the API or import tools.
Training to existing and new users.

Technical Experience - minimum of 3 years SalesForce.com platform /Sales Cloud & Service Cloud implementations as a developer.
BUSINESS ENGLISH and SPANISH are a requirement
Portuguese as an additional language is preferred
Significant experience with Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services
Best Practices understanding coding standards, deployment, Apex, Visual Force, Salesforce Integration, experience with middleware’s, data analytics, archiving
