PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE                                                                      
The Global Sales Manager will be responsible with identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth across the company’s business activities.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
You will be responsible for:
·       Implement & drive local commercial strategy according to company business strategy
·       Implement new sales methodology within the company
·       Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
·       Deliver the sales strategy, objectives and pricing policy.
·       Support and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
·       Ensure KPIs and service quality achievement.
·       Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
·       Stay up to date on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry by staying up to date on global payment news along with new companies that may need payment processing.
·       Effectively interact with other departments including, but not limited to; technical integration, marketing and local account management teams when necessary.
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE                                                                                                
We are looking for a candidate with:
·       5+ years’ experience in sales management
·       Strong commercial and management focus
·       Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, account profitability reviews
·       Excellent and strong communication and adaptability skills
·       Ability to influence others
·       Excellent command of English
·       Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
 
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE                                                                                                                    
·  Analytical skills
·  Passioned about technology, e-commerce, fintech and digital trends (not only in payments area)
·  Knowledge of the mechanisms of the payments industry and related industries
·  Ability to create detailed reports, presentations, Business Cases, action plans
·  Communication skills to present ideas and reports to internal stakeholders
