About The Role

We are looking for a competent Compliance Reporting Specialist who will ensure compliance with the company's reporting obligations and supporting the implementation of new reporting.

Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing reporting processes and standards to enable the organization to comply with all requirements,
    • Monitoring changes in laws relating to Company reporting obligations,
    • Supervision of projects implementing new reporting,
    • Cooperation with BI and Product teams and other relevant teams to resolve any identified issues in relation to regulatory metrics,
    • Coordinating agreed regulatory reports with reports from other areas of the business to ensure consistency and alignment,
    • Delivering high quality regulatory reports for final review in advance of submission,
    • Ensuring appropriate governance and approval processes are followed prior to submission/presentation,
    • Carrying out monitoring of regulatory reporting compliance and, where any potential issues are identified, bringing forward recommendations for resolution,
    • Consulting procedures drafted by other units and making recommendations to them, as well as keeping the register of internal regulations applicable at the Company,
    • Exercising control over following by Company employees of internal regulations and values applicable at the Company,
    • Educating and supporting Company employees in Compliance requirements.

Who are we looking for?

    • 3+ year’s experience in utility regulation, compliance, or business reporting role,
    • Working knowledge of the regulatory framework for payment/banking businesses and the desire to stay current on developments and industry practices,
    • Excellent ability to analyze and reconcile key regulatory metrics, followed by generating sufficiently detailed reporting, 
    • Proven track record of evaluating results, identifying potential exposures and gaps, assessing relevant trends and summarizing conclusions,
    • Excellent attention to detail,
    • Ability to manage assignments independently while working within a team,
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Polish and English,
    • Experience of reporting in a utility environment or similar customer-facing regulated business is a distinct advantage.
    • Base knowledge of SQL is a plus.
