About the Role:
Individual (SMB Sales) would be responsible to manage, build longtail business which includes new hunting of potential longtail merchants, operations, lead generation as some of the key deliverables within Inside Sales vertical with help of Telesales, Individual Reseller, Inbound teams.

About the team:
Manager- SMB Sales would be part of Inside Sales team within SMB function.

What you’ll be doing:
·         Role includes managing a team of 5-10 KAMs
·         Generate Business & drive key outcomes of GMV, Revenue & Gross Margins.
·         Design and execute different segment campaigns for lead generation, hunting new merchants.
·         Working with cross functional teams.
·         Interact with quality/ mid size merchants to build business.

What are we looking for?
·         This is team manager role so PayU is looking for self-driven, highlighly motivated individual who can lead and handle team of 5-10 people to drive & achieve Key objectives like GMV, revenue, Gross Margins and active merchants.
·         Someone who has 5-8 Years of experience in Payment Gateway, Fintech, online sales.
