We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance our market presence.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying and engaging potential partners to cultivate collaborative business opportunities for PayU in EMEA.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to enhance and maximize partnership effectiveness.
- Developing and implementing partnership strategies that align with company goals and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Conducting market research to discover new trends and potential partnership prospects across the EMEA region.
- Collaborating with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and product development—to ensure seamless and successful execution of partnerships.
- Monitoring and reporting on partnership performance, fostering continuous improvement and optimization.
- Negotiating partnership agreements and managing contract discussions to secure favorable terms for all parties involved.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the EMEA market.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in e-payments, fintech or ecommerce sector.
- Ability to create a constructive tension across the sales, taking advantage of data analytics to create a valuable insight to inspire merchants, teach them something new, show them how to make or save money.
- Understanding customers’ value drivers with ability to reframe and change the view customers view their business.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
