About the role
- You will oversee all operational activities of the company with the team in charge, promoting the continuous development of the team and the improvement of operational processes (keeping an efficient process management, minimizing costs and adapting the organization to the challenges associated with generating synergies with PayU). You will also coordinate the operational activities carried out from PayU (in accordance with the corporate definitions on the subject).
What you'll do
- Lead Acquiring processes for financial entity
- Responsible for the execution of the financial operations associated with the financial license.
- Compliance with customer service regulatory framework.
- Regulatory reporting and compliance with all current regulations in the processes under its responsibility.
- Updating processes and associated manuals to the operations department.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree on Engineering, Economics, Statistics or Management related disciplines
- Knowledge of the processes associated with deposit products, especially electronic deposits.
- Management of products with the central bank (Banco de la República).
- Expertise in regulation and experience reporting to the different control entities of a financial institution.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a secure technology infrastructure.
- Written and verbal communication skills Spanish and English
- Experience in financial institutions operations and acquiring processes
