About the Role

    • We are looking for our next Senior Account Manager for our VIP clients, you will be responsible further expand our business and take full strategic ownership by building long-term business relationships with our VIP clients.  

What you will do

    • Design a strategic plan to grow our VIP Merchant portfolio ensuring profitability and permanence over time.
    • Achieve assigned sales quota in a designated portfolio and meet assigned expectations for profitability.
    • Demonstrate strong project management skills in interaction with key internal stakeholders and close collaboration with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology and Product.
    • Comprehensive management of assigned large accounts.
    • Continuously monitor customer performance and design action plans based on the results of these studies.
    • Ensure account performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality and service.
    • Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards, avoiding merchant churn.
    • Work autonomously seeking solutions and proposing new products based on customer experience.
    • Proactively and recursively identify customer needs.
    • Design programs and strategies that help customers meet their objectives.
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction rates that meet company standards.
    • Build and maintain product knowledge, keeping abreast of product enhancements and latest industry trends, and provide feedback to product and sales management.
    • Frequent analysis of customer payment behavior in LATAM to provide clear and valuable market and consumer insights.

What you need to succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, finance or a related field is is preferred.
    • At least 7 years of experience on B2B business on commercial areas as a Key Account
    • Previous experience in Payments is a MUST
    • Strong engagement, drive, influencing, persuasive selling and negotiation skills to achieve our common goals.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, as you must be able to set clear direction, priorities, and focus.
    • Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, account profitability reviews.
    • A strategic mindset and the ability to identify business opportunities in highly competitive, mature markets by understanding customer context, uncovering customer key performance indicators, articulating customer objectives, and adding value to partnerships.
    • Proficiency in English [C1].
