Job Title: Chief of Staff - CEO

Job Summary
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the CEO of our dynamic Fintech startup, driving key initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of the company's vision. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual with a deep understanding of the Fintech industry, strong analytical skills, and exceptional leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals.
    • Project Management: Oversee and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across departments to support rapid growth and scalability.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between the CEO and key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure transparency and alignment.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
    • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for executive meetings, ensuring productive and outcome-driven discussions.
    • Special Projects: Undertake special projects as directed by the CEO, addressing critical business needs and opportunities.

Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within the Fintech industry, with a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
    • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
