Job Title: Assistant Manager - CPV Process Digital and Physical Specialist

We are looking to hire a candidate with experience in the banking and finance industry to oversee the process of 'Contact Point Verification.' The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

-Extensive experience in the banking and finance industry.
-Knowledge of managing vendors and handling teams.
-Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process of onboarding vendors.
-Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a CPV Process Digital and Physical Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the process across both digital and physical channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient coordination and maintaining relationships with vendor for PAN India.

    • Responsibilities:

    • 1. Digital CPV Management:
    • - Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic for this process.
    •  - Monitor and optimize digital CPV.
    • - Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports on a timely basis.

    • 2. Physical CPV Management:
    •  - Collaborate with offline marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive foot traffic to physical locations (stores, events).
    •  - Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the success of physical CPV efforts.
    •  - Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless integration of digital and physical CPV strategies.

    • 3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    •  - Analyze CPV data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
    •  - Prepare regular reports and presentations for management stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.

    • 4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    •  - Work closely with sales, credit and tech teams to align CPV strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
    •  - Collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed to execute CPV effectively.

    • 5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    •  - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to CPV processes.
    •  - Conduct quality assurance checks on CPV data and processes to maintain accuracy and reliability.

    • In Addition :

    • Develop and implement vendor management strategies and best practices.
    • Conduct regular vendor assessments to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align vendor activities with organizational goals.
    • Address and resolve vendor-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

    • -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • -Proven experience in this field, with a focus on performance.
    • -Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, excel, power point or similar platforms.
    • -Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
    • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • -Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
    • -Planning, organizing and analytical ability.
