About the role

    • We are looking for our next Country Manager for Perú, who will be primarily responsible for marketing PayU services to international and national clients with global presence. He or she will represent our company in the Peruvian market and will be primarily responsible for the achievement of the country's objectives and results.

What you will do

    • Responsible for the commercial and marketing strategies that will allow PayU to achieve sales targets
    • Develop new business verticals, generating strategic alliances at the ecosystem level
    • Research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals.
    • Maintain accurate records and comply with government rules and regulations
    • Develop and execute business plans and strategies, including budgeting,
    • Negotiate contracts, manage purchasing, and develop and maintain long-term supplier relationship.
    • Develop implement, and adhere to policies and procedures, including financial controls, accounting, human resources, and purchasing.

What you´ll need to succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international Business, finance, economics or related field
    • 7+ years’ proven experience in a leadership or management role years in E-commerce and online payment methods.
    • MBA, or master’s degree is a plusExtensive knowledge of local market, focus on B2BResult oriented for both global as well as local targetsExcellent verbal and written skills Spanish and English to represent the company in the local market
    • Familiarity with local policies regarding compliance, legal, taxes etc
