Wibmo is an US-based leading provider of eCommerce authentication and cashless payment solutions to banks and consumers in emerging markets including India. The company based in Cupertino, CA and Bengaluru India, processes billions of transactions and delivers high availability digital payment services to banks, merchants, and consumers.

•Ensuring customer success by taking end to end ownership, responding in a timely, professional manner to all customer queries, requests, complaints, data points, information, transactional details, and related customer issues.
•Act as an Individual contributor with ability to own and close change requests, new implementations using project management skills
•Capability to troubleshoot issues along with internal and external clients.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details.
•Monitor & report the health of the various applications and its functionalities to maintain system uptime.
•Analyse production issues and application issues to provide first level diagnosis in order to accelerate the issue resolution.
•Production Incident management and reporting.
•Should be able to perform data analysis.
•Should be able to understand technicalities of applications at high level.
•To publish daily reports, dashboards and metrics to internal teams and clients.
•Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth day to day operations.
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Able to multitask when several critical issues happen simultaneously
•Escalation management and issue resolution.
•Willing to work for a 24*7 Team and flexible to rotational shifts and week offs.
•Knowledge of MS Excel required, JIRA a plus
Education: 15 Years Regular qualification ( B Sc/ BA / B Com )
Experience: Minimum 2 or 3 Years of Experience in operations/ analyst role in Banking/ ecommerce industry.Experience in Banking domain (Cards division, authorization, digital banking, digital banking), service operations, customer application support, payment services, business operations will do.
Communication Skills: Good verbal & written communication skills.
