About the role
Support Engineer will helpdesk on demand, in PayU’s platform and its different services and products, for all the merchants that are integrated with our company, and for the merchants that need support during their integration process.

What you will do
Support onboarding processesfor merchants that want to use PayU as their payments gateway. 
Give support, on demand, to merchants integrated with PayU and PayU HUB. 
Give support, on demand, to the integration processes for new merchants of for new payment methods of merchants that are already in production. 
Prepare accurate and timely reports en responsabilidades 
 
What you will need to succeed
Professional degree on mechatronics, informatic, electronical, telecommunications, industrial, or related engineering. 
1+ year in technical support roles  
Written and verbal communication with a professional tone (English and Spanish). 
Analysis and solving skills. 
Empathy and well attitude oriented to customer service. 
Motivation to continuous learning of technical and soft skills.      
Experience in API REST technology. 
Understanding of web technologies and programming languages, like python, PHP, Java, HTML, etc. 
Knowledge of SQL queries.
