About the Role
As a University Intern in Talent Acquisition, you will need skills, human qualities, and both technical and social abilities to fully carry out your assigned responsibilities. This includes ensuring timely results, maintaining compliance with the SENA quota, attending job fairs, and scheduling pre-employment exams on time to meet both work and personal goals.
What do you do:
Support in the selection process (SENA quota and junior profiles).
Build relationships with higher education institutions.
Provide support for wellness processes, Operations, and HRBPs.
What you will need to succeed:
Be eligible to start a University Internship (ninth or tenth semester).
Be able to sign a learning agreement.
Intermediate English.
Reside in Bogotá or surrounding areas.
Proficiency in Office suite.
Strong organizational skills for managing time and scheduling candidate interviews and meetings.
Communication skills for interviewing and interacting with both internal and external contacts.
Research skills to gather relevant information for establishing agreements with universities and supporting job fairs.
Sobre el rol
Como Practicante Universitario en Talent Acquisition se requerirán competencias, destrezas, cualidades humanas, habilidades técnicas y sociales para el desarrollo y ejercicio completo de las responsabilidades asignadas, como la entrega de resultados oportuna en mantener al día la cuota SENA, asistiendo a Ferias laborales y solicitando a tiempo los exámenes de ingreso, con el fin de cumplir metas laborales y personales.
Funciones:
· Apoyo del proceso de selección (cuota SENA y perfiles Junior)
· Relacionamiento con los Institutos de educación superior
· Apoyo en procesos de bienestar, Operaciones y a los HRBPS
Cómo podrás ser exitoso
· Estar habilitado para el comienzo de Practicas Universitarias (noveno o decimo semestre)
· Poder firmar el contrato de aprendizaje
· Ingles intermedio
· Residir en Bogotá o alrededores
· Manejo de Office
· Buena organización en tiempo y agenda para el cumplimiento de reuniones y entrevistas con candidatos
· Habilidades de comunicación a la hora de entrevistar o comunicarse con personas externas o internas
· Capacidad de investigación en la búsqueda de información relevante para generar convenios con universidades y para las ferias laborales
