About the role
- As a Technical Leader, you will ensure the quality of the team's technical deliverables, define a clear technical vision in collaboration with the development team, and guide developers in transforming that vision into reality.

- Work alongside technology leaders to improve processes, practices, metrics, and tools continuously.
- Coordinate effectively with Creative, Business, Technology, and QA teams to align technology with organizational objectives.
- Debug and resolve complex issues in existing software applications.
- Provide proactive feedback on policies and procedures to identify and implement improvements.
- Balance technical requirements with business priorities to make informed trade-offs.
- Partner with the product owner to achieve both business and technical objectives.
- Lead and empower your team by removing obstacles and fostering a supportive environment.
- Ensure the team’s software meets quality, security, reusability, and extensibility standards.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams.
- Advanced-level knowledge of Java.
- Extensive experience with AWS services.
- Proven expertise in software design and architecture patterns.
- Experience with data storage solutions, including relational (SQL) and/or non-relational (NoSQL, MongoDB) platforms.
- Ability to work with new technologies and build proof-of-concept prototypes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including debugging and root cause analysis for web platform issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both developers and management.
- Experience in leading and directing teams.
