The main purpose of the Marketing Specialist role at PayU Romania is to drive the adoption of PayU's online payment solutions, elevate brand visibility, support business growth, optimize marketing performance, and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational success in the Romanian market.
Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Events (sales and positioning): coordinate logistical and promotional aspects for PayU's participation for successful representation and business goal achievement
Website management: oversee and optimize PayU's website to effectively communicate its value proposition and provide a seamless user experience
Content localization: localize engaging business content aligned with PayU's brand messaging and marketing objectives
Online campaigns: planning and implementation with merchants (owned and paid media)
·      Close cooperation with the commercial team: gathering feedback and responding to the business needs within marketing efforts
Agency relation management

minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in fintech or e-commerce
strong writing and content creation skills
very good project management and organizational abilities
creativity, innovation, and adaptability
exceptional communication skills in Romanian and English
ability to work collaboratively and independently
attention to detail and commitment to quality
