About the Role
As an Associate Manager - Sales, you will play a vital role in assisting with the acquisition and servicing of merchants through our online platforms. You will support the sales process by helping merchants complete their onboarding journey and addressing their initial queries. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a competitive environment and contribute to the success of PayU’s sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering information and preparing necessary documentation to support business proposals for new merchants.
- Guide merchants through the initial stages of the onboarding process, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Provide primary support for general lifecycle management queries, ensuring merchant satisfaction.
- Work closely with senior sales team members and other departments to resolve merchant queries and improve overall service quality.
- Assist in identifying potential opportunities for cross-selling PayU products, enhancing customer relationships and contributing to revenue growth.
- Gather and analyze feedback from merchants to recommend improvements in onboarding and support processes.
Requirements
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service roles.
- Experience in the payments or financial services industry is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and external clients.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments and business needs.
