Financial Reporting Manager
 
We are looking for a well-organized, communicative and proactive Financial Reporting Manager with  strong accounting skills, ability to work independently and attention to detail. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting within a Group operating in EMEA, LATAM and SEA and preparation of Group consolidated financial statements.

What will you do?

    • Overviewing the process of monthly financial reporting of entities comprising the Group,
    • Reviewing unusual transactions in order to determine appropriate accounting treatment,
    • Preparing of the annual and interim Group consolidated financial statements based on IFRS and US GAAP,
    • Maintaining consolidation documentation for adjusting and elimination entries,
    • Developing and implementing best practices and process improvements across the Group,
    • Working closely with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal and M&A functions to ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of the financial data reported,
    • Integrating new acquisitions from an accounting and financial reporting perspective,
    • Assisting in the process of annual audit and interim reviews of the consolidated financial information with the external auditors,
    • Taking part of development of new products and services from an accounting perspective.

Who are we looking for?

    • 3+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting (i.e. external audit, financial reporting, preparation of consolidated financial statements),
    • Strong technical knowledge and experience in IFRS and consolidation accounting, including acquisition accounting, translation and multi-currency foreign exchange accounting and financial reporting in various currencies, share-based compensation schemes, leases,
    • Proven ability to analyze complex technical accounting matters,
    • Background in an international environment,
    • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral,
    • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment,
    • ACCA or any similar certification would be an asset.
