We are looking for:
Senior Risk & AML Analyst
(Poznań or Warsaw Office)

Responsibilities:
·         Conducting investigation of suspicious transactions and/or merchant behavior incl. AML risk review,
·         Preparing and presenting reports related to AML risk assessments, and monitor AML-related issues and escalations (possibly to subject to authorities' notification),
·         Acting as a first escalation point for the team and as an SME for the internal queries,
·         Providing professional advice on AML and Merchant Monitoring ,
·         Overseeing day-to-day team tasks to ensure efficient workflow and business continuity,
·         Addressing operational issues and stakeholders' concerns,
·         Co-operating with Regulators, Legal, Compliance, Business and Technology Departments to improve merchant monitoring processes to the highest standards,
·         Driving and managing projects aimed at standardization and automation of Merchant Monitoring processes as well as implementation of regulatory requirements,
·         Tracking, reporting and developing Merchant Monitoring KPIs,
·         Building, developing and leading a highly responsive team responsible for detecting suspicious merchant behavior,
·         Setting the team/team members goals and monitor it on regular basis. 

Our requirements:
·         Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines,
·         3-5 years' experience or above in anti-money laundering, compliance monitoring or screening,
·         Experience with managing or coordinating a team in Operations Department,
·         Proficiency in both spoken and written English,
·         Excellent understanding of AML regulations, policies, procedures,
·         Proficiency in analytical skills,
·         Hands-on experience with tools supporting analysis and reporting (tableau, excel and/or similar),
·         Experience with SQL and/or Data Warehouse reporting would be an advantage,
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
·         Ability to work independently under pressure and accomplish tasks assigned within tight deadline.
