HRBP- Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for an ambitious HRBP to join our people team (maternity leave cover)
 
As an HRBP you are part of PayU global HR team. You will become an expert on your teams’ business, and collaborate with managers to be lead HR operations, training, people development and manage the employee lifecycle in IL. In this position you’ll also support Engineering and Product EMEA functions by using your creative skills to address the teams’ challenges and needs and to formulate new programs and solutions that reflect our local and global culture.
You will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

In this role, you will think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves and dive deep into practical application.
You should be a self-starter, hardworking, flexible, goal-oriented, and energized.

What you will do:

    • Manage HR Operations and the entire employee lifecycle for IL teams
    • Provide leadership and management of the full range of HR functions for Israel and our Tech & Product teams in EMEA
    • Consulting people's managers while providing HR guidance
    • Identifying changing needs in the organization
    • Working closely with various global and local teams to focus on work relationships & engagement while increasing productivity and retention
    • Take part in developing our HR strategies & policies, and their implementation across the organization
    • HR support to TA team, by overseeing recruitment processes in IL and Tech & Product teams in EMEA

What are we looking for:

      ●      5+ years of proven work experience as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner in a global technology company.
      ●      Hands-on experience, preferably from a SU/High-tech environment with various hiring processes and advanced sourcing techniques
      ●      Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
      ●      Experience working with senior leaders and associates that are located remotely.
      ●      Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
      ●      Negotiation, project management, and change management skills
      ●      Knowledge of employment/labor law
      ●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, HR systems.
      ●      Strong communication skills – verbal and written in English a must
      ●      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business field.
