The Team
The business team at PayU Credit develops and executes strategies for driving profitable and sustainable
business growth. The role is within the Business team at PayU Finance, a RBI registered NBFC, with specific
focus on growing personal loan business via developing partnerships with consumer franchisees with key
focus areas on;
1. FLDG partnership with with Fintech players to help them scale
2. Partner with consumer apps and aggregators to offer personal loan and other PayU enabled
products.
Joining our business team offers you the chance to be a part of a foundational team to scale personal loan business driven by consumer franchise partnerships. Consumer franchises are increasingly looking to develop financial propositions for their consumers with various objectives including monetization. Therefore, PayU is building out its partnerships capabilities and will continue to do so in the coming years. You will be able to help shape the efforts at PayU towards this objective.
The Opportunity:
- Get to develop FinTech ecosystem in India powered by PayU Finance assets
- Develop strategy to grow partnerships led business in a profitable and sustainable manner.
- Own and execute the strategy by working closely with PayU internal teams.
- Work with partners to get them to adopt PayU proposition and work with them to continuously improve PayU’s value proposition.
- Own the P&L from the business and drive continuous improvements to P&L.
Requirements to be successful in this role:
- A degree in management, engineering or other similar quantitative field from a premier institute
- 6+ years of work experience in unsecured credit business product roles or similar roles at a NBFC/ Fintech / Bank.
- Demonstrated delivery of driving structural business change.
- Detail oriented with strong organisational skills. Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- High-energy individual with a go-getter instinct and positive attitude.
