Purpose of the Role:
Be a part of the Program Management team, supporting program management by streamlining workflows and providing real-time insights for efficient decision-making. 

Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Support program management initiatives and ensure objectives are met efficiently 
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies, with an agile mindset and experience working in an Agile environment, including the ability to adapt to iterative development processes, collaborate across teams, and focus on continuous improvement. 
Analyze and optimize processes for product, engineering, and support, focusing on understanding and mapping them to required design and implementation 
Configure and manage JIRA to streamline workflows 
Create and manage OKR reports to align with strategic goals 
Develop dashboards for real-time insights to inform key stakeholders 
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies 
Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders 
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement best practices 

Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years of program management experience 
Ability to drive decisions, take action, and roll up your sleeves and dive into the work 
Great communication skills 
Experience with tools for creating dashboards, including Excel, to visualize data and provide actionable insights 
Understanding of the payments industry - an advantage
