Role: Senior Recruiter
Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon
Entity: PayU Finance
Job Responsibilities:
·         Work closely with the Hiring Managers and co-create recruitment plans/strategies for the technical and non technical hiring.
·         Sourcing profiles for IT and Non IT requirements from different databases, social media, referral programs and ensuring interviews are conducted timely.
·         Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle. i.e., Sourcing to On- boarding
·         Conduct regular check-ins with Hiring Managers and department heads to give an active view of the hiring plan/strategy
·         Conduct market research to educate hiring managers and bring them upto speed on what's happening in the talent industry
·         Actively engage with the offered candidates and ensure they're on track to join the Co.
·         Develop an active database pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
·         Research and recommend new sources for building a talent pool and come up with innovative ideas to solve business talent problems.
·         Track Recruitment activities diligently, maintain up to date data and post jobs on social media through ATS.
·         Participate in TA excellence projects and process automation
Skills required:
·        5 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Development.
·         Should have worked on Technical and Non Technical hiring- Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, Finance and Operations roles.
·         Experience in sourcing through different modes- Job portals, social media, linked in, head hunting, etc.
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·         Team Player and self – motivated.
·         Pleasant personality and strong negotiating skills
