About the role
The Talent Acquisition is tasked with bringing in top talent that impacts our technology, business, and culture.
In this position the TA will be in charge of E2E recruiting processes, building new teams while shaping our great culture and playing a key role in maintaining our unique, fast-paced workplace.
We are looking for an ambitious talent Acquisition Lead, a team player with recruitment passion to join our great HR team.

What You’ll Do

    • Performs full life cycle talent acquisition including intake meetings, posting roles, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offer negotiations for all roles to drive the highest talent quality possible
    • Leverage industry best practice to drive a professional and empowering talent acquisition experience for candidates and managers alike 
    • Own and expand the implementation of the HRIS system with the full process and data functionality
    • Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide guidance in all aspects of talent acquisition and help them build excellent teams
    • Build a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels
    • Conducting interviews - over the phone and in-person - and convey feedback about the cultural and personal match to the company, team, and position
    • Provide an excellent candidate experience

What are we looking for?

    • 2 years experience in internal recruitment within a global company, recruiting for technical positions
    • Experience in leading end-to-end hiring process and vast experience in conducting in-depth, face to face interviews
    • Excellent sourcing skills and active approach
    • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools especially LinkedIn
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, HR systems
    • Strong analytical skills; ability to leverage data to support a business case then pursues creative solutions
    • Proficiency in English
    • Proven ability to work well under pressure, capable of adapting and responding to change and able to multitask, communications skills
    • High work ethic; self-directed, resourceful, work independently, motivated by own drive and enthusiasm, Proactive, independent, but also a team player
    • Knowledge of employment/labor law
    • BA degree in Behavioral Science
