- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and operations teams to ensure cohesive product development, identifying and addressing challenges across the product lifecycle.
- Analyze Market and Merchant Needs: Conduct market research and gather merchant feedback to identify trends and pain points, prioritizing features that maximize value for high-volume and enterprise merchants.
- Optimize Key Performance Metrics: Monitor and refine KPIs for payment functionality, such as transaction success rates and error reduction, and leverage analytics to enhance the effectiveness of merchant-facing insights products.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up with industry advancements in payment processing, data analytics, and merchant services, particularly focusing on fraud prevention, data security, and global compliance, to maintain a competitive edge.
What are we looking for
- Over 4 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on data-centric products.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of system workflows, integrations, and APIs, with experience in defining and optimizing end-to-end data flows and collaborating with engineering teams to build scalable solutions.
