About the Role:

    • This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a young & successful team in a dynamic and fast paced growth environment. The successful candidate should be highly effective in navigating the customer through all facets of the sales process from prospect prioritization to technical integration and will have demonstrated the ability to deliver a value-based sales proposition. This person will help to accelerate the number of partner institutions that will consistently use data insight and intelligence solutions across different verticals.

About the team:

    • You will become part of the India market team tasked with providing PayU Payment gateway and product solutions to a broad range of organizations – Ecommerce companies, Education and Edtech institution, BFSI, Travel and OTT merchants. Excited yet?     • What you’ll be doing:
    • Be the interface between PayU and the Merchant by providing end to end solution
    • Keep up-to-date on products and competition
    • Communicate PayU’s value proposition and negotiate deals successfully
    • Assist the Sales team in pursuit of new sales/acquisition opportunities
    • Collate, organize , prioritize and execute the activities necessary to categorize and pursue sales opportunities
    • Independently be able to craft presentations and collateral under the guidance of Offering Managers.
    • Create presentations that present compelling value propositions for specific sales opportunities
    • Collect data on competitive activity and identify sales and product needs.
    • Engage merchants relating to cross sell opportunities
    • Assist teams to prepare RFI, RFQ or RFP request as needed
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects customer through cold call, referral, research & networking for the zone.
    • Easily collaborates with internal teams
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills 

What are we looking for?

    • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
    • Preference to candidate with presales and Inside sales experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
    • Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.
