For our EMEA Product team, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our Data team to develop the next generation of data products. The Product Manager will drive the roadmap for the data and business intelligence products and work closely with our agile development and data teams to define and prioritize requirements, build, launch and iterate in order to deliver quality products.
We operate in a segment & region matrix structure so this role will work with Data Engineers, Finance people, Sales teams too and support commercial initiatives with some of our biggest merchants.

To succeed in this role, you should thrive on managing loads of data, love to build awesome products, be great at analyzing needs, and shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Support PayU in its journey on becoming a data driven organization – accelerate the transformation, create the supporting processes, etc.
Build and own PayU’s data strategy and roadmap
Research competitors’ services and products and explore new ways of leveraging PayU’s heaps of data
Work with cross functional teams spread across different geographies, including operations, commercial, product, engineering, etc.
Identify new opportunities for products, reports, processes, etc.
Utilize data science, machine learning and other forms of Artificial Intelligence to optimize business decisions and create value for PayU, its merchants and partners
Translate merchant requirements, the needs of internal stakeholders and different regulations into product goals and features
Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, operations and development teams.
What you’ll need to succeed:
3 years of product management experience in an agile environment
Hands-on experience with Python, Power BI, Tableau, R, VBA or similar tools
Understanding of the payments industry - an advantage
Team player with the ability to contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse group
Fluent in English – we are a global company... so, ya - it's a must.
