Role: Manager/Senior Manager - Affordability (Banking Alliance)

Role & Responsibilities:

    • Partner with issuers to grow affordability
    • Initiate Instant and cashback alliances b/w issuers and brands/merchants
    • Launch & monetize new product/initiatives with issuers aimed at growing EMI volumes
    • Deepen card EMI penetration through various marketing initiatives
    • Support issuers with MIS and Operational related activities
    • Work with issuer to improve SRT’s
    • Work towards getting new Issuers / NBFC’s to increase PayU network
    • Building relationships with SPOC and card heads
    • Monthly Reviews with banks
    • Offer Beyond EMI products  

Basic Qualifications & Skill set:

    • Overall experience required 5 - 10 Years
    • Education – Post graduation/Graduation (any)
    • Understanding of the transaction, affordability & payments ecosystem/banking
    • Experience of working in MS Office- Excel & PowerPoint
    • Entrepreneur skills to manage & drive business end to end
    • Negotiations & account management
