What you’ll be doing

As our engaged employees are at the heart of  success, you will  work closely as the interface between our employes and business leaders . And as we are an international company, you will be part of the Global  Internal Communications  located elsewhere in India,  Latin America and Europe to advise on and execute global cross-functional campaigns. You will do this for instance by:
 
·         Acting as trusted advisor by providing strategic advice to key internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Product, Tech etc
·         Partnering with HR as well as integration leaders to enable the new family members to feel welcome, get quickly connected to all PayUneers, and feel super engaged  in the legacy PayU is building.
·         Designing  and deliver impactful campaigns to ensure employees understand, feel engaged and connected to the overall business objectives
·         Improving employee engagement, as well as physical and mental wellbeing -  across the Indian  organization
·         Driving internal excitement and buzz around the evolution of India Payments products across all of the business
·         Partnering with  leaders and mangers acrtoss India Payments to ensure maximum clarity, and creation of engaging material suitable for diverse employee groups
·         Be the eyes and ears to listen and feedback what is resonating well among employees.
·          
 
 
What are we looking for?
 
·         10 years of experience focusing on employee engagement / internal communications for at least two international organizations
·         Experience of human change management / internal change communications from at least two organizations
·         As part of the global communications team with a focus on the India Payments business in India,propose and execute communication campaigns, in close partnership with HR and the business leadership team
·         Be an effective partner in shaping and executing One India strategy, plus global campaigns -especially Diversity and Inclusion
·         Collaborate with senior leaders and business CEO in the preparation, delivery and continuous improvement of virtual all hands, country-specific events and financial updates
·         Partner with HR to ensure leaders continue to be open, and honest and connect with employees, take feedback and recognition to next level
·         Contribute, build, pilot and roll out comms toolkit so that managers can lead with empathy and put people first even more.
·         Partner with HR to ensure employees are aware and benefit from all wellness-related support
·         Continuous improvement through dialogue and measurement
·         Proactive sharing of experiences (good and bad) with rest of international comms team.
·         Create, execute and follow-up change management plan for acquired entities
·         Contribute to strengthening the internal alignment to collaboration / entrepreneurship / innovation.
·         Deep focus on continuous improvement of the employee engagement and wellness score among employees of acquired entities reactive sharing of experiences (good and bad) with rest of global internal comms team.
 
Skills & Knowledge
·         Affinity with digital channels and Entersprise Social Networks - Workplace from Meta is a plus
·         Experience of transformation initiatives and implementing cultural change
·         Evidence of simplifying complex topics
·         Experience of coaching leaders to communicate differently, and with greater impact
·         Graphic design knowledge – Figma is a plus, but not a must
·         Video editing a plus
