About the role

    • As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for lead the area ensuring the management of the procurement process in seven countries (alignment of requirements with internal users, market analysis, negotiations, document management of contract closure, and contract updates).

What you will do

    • Led the team in charge of minor negotiations, managed operational and administrative activities (PO generation and supplier invoicing).
    • Ensure compliance with area policies and procedures.
    • High-impact negotiations.
    • Follow up on minor negotiations.
    • Finding savings.
    • Improving services.
    • Ensure response to audits and internal controls. 

What you will need to succeed

    • Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
    • 4 – 5 years of experience in procurement (Negotiation, generation of purchase orders, market analysis, and commercial offers)
    • Excel (Intermediate)
    • English (High)
    • High negotiation skills with internal customers and suppliers.
    • Assertive communication
    • Proficiency in using supply chain management software for procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
    • Attention to detail
    • Experience with electronic procurement systems for automating and streamlining the procurement process
