Key Responsibilities:

    • Cash & Liquidity management
    • 1. Daily monitoring of the balances of all accounts and investments across credit entities
    • 2. Ensure sufficient  funding to the business and AP team for payments
    • 2. Explore avenues of investing surplus funds
    • 3. Monitor Liquidity of the company and manage liquidity crunch situations
    • 4. Ensure compliance with RBI's liquidity risk guidelines 

    • Reporting & Compliance
    • 1. Global reporting of balances at PayU level, adhering to compliances and cash concentration limits.
    • 2. Prepare DCFanalysis on forecasts required by Global
    • 3. Monitor the covenants as per agreements with lenders and ensure compliance
    • 4. Monitor the receivables book of the company and ensure sufficient cover for borrowings

    • RBI returns & risk management guidelines
    • 1. Prepare ALM reports for Treasury in accordance with RBI guidelines
    • 2. Adherence to RBI guidelines on risk management and liquidity
    • 3. Any other reporting required by RBI from Treasury perspective

    • ALCO Deck & stakeholder presentations
    • 1. Prepare monthly ALCO decks and stakeholder presentations for internal as well as external stakeholders
    • 2. Adhoc decks required by group / management

    • Debt market knowledge and Documentation support
    • 1. Essential knowledge of undertaking commercial paper transactions and supporting with debenture documentation
    • 2. Supporting the team with documentation wherever required

    • Audit and Credit Rating
    • 1. Prepare the data required by the rating agency during surveillance and rating updates
    • 2. Handle the audits such as stock audit, statutory audit, group audit, and other audits from time to time from a treasury perspective

    • Project Management and TMS
    • 1. Oversee the activities of the back office on the TMS and review the data thoroughly
    • 2. Undertake any further project developments required in the TMS and ALM system in pipeline
