About the role

    • As a Payments Assistant (Refunds), you will be responsible for correctly and timely executing the reimbursement requests made by our merchants at the LATAM level (7 countries), following the protocols established in each country. You will also support all processes of the payments team.

What will you do

    • Execute the process of refunds to merchants through the networks, in the defined SLAs.
    • Develop management indicators.
    • Ticket management requested by our merchants and internal customer.
    • Support for Merchant Payment processes.
    • Creation of discretionary movements
    • Among others.

What you will need to succeed

    • One (1) years of experience in financial institutions (banks) and customer service.
    • Preferably if you have experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, fintech.
    • Technological level or professional training in business administration (higher than the 4th semester), accounting, industrial engineering, and related careers.
    • Intermediate excel.
    • Optional: knowledge in SQL queries
