The Senior Sales Executive acts as the key point of contact between PayU and its clients. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while meeting company expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. You will work with our the biggest merchants in the region.

Responsibilities
- Achieving set sales goals and meeting profitability expectations,
- Gaining new opportunities to implement large payment projects,
- Attracting high revenue merchants and providing them solutions based on PayU offering,
- Educating potential customers with regards to online payments and the value of our offering,
- Delivering results in terms of sales, profitability, quality and service,
- Internal project management with key stakeholders,
- Collaboration with other teams to ensure service quality and timeliness,
- Managing inbound and outbound contacts to potential and existing customers by telephone, email, and face to face, in order to qualify leads and sell products and services,
- Identifying customer needs and creating offers,
- Participation in conferences, fairs, etc.
- Staying up to date with the newest technologies in the market.
Who are we looking for?
- 6+ years of experience in sales positions with exposure to internet and ecommerce sales process and a focus on new business,
- Knowledge of the payment or financial industry,
- Experience in a global organization and exposure to global sales,
- Documented achievements in effective sales,
- Deep understanding of customers' business needs,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish, both spoken and written,
- Customer-focused, strong communication and planning competencies,
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize and context switch in a fast paced environment.
