We are looking for a Sales Executive for our Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with potential SMB customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying leads, building relationships, and driving the sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding new clients (merchants). 

What you will be doing:

    • Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new small and medium-sized eCommerce businesses (SMB) as merchants.
    • Executing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to generate new leads through market research, industry events, and partnerships.
    • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential merchants, clearly communicating the company’s value proposition.
    • Handling pricing negotiations, contract discussions, and finalizing agreements with new merchants to meet sales goals.
    • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and operations, to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new merchants.
    • Actively managing and updating the sales pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring consistent tracking of lead progress, timely follow-ups, and efficient deal closures to drive successful merchant acquisitions.

What we are looking for:

    • 3+ years of experience in direct B2B sales (pure hunting, not account management).
    • Understanding of the SMB landscape, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Ability to create a constructive tension across the sales, taking advantage of data analytics to create a valuable insight to inspire merchants, teach them something new, show them how to make or save money.
    • Understanding  customers’ value drivers with  ability to reframe and change the view customers view their business.
    • Polish native speaker, commutative level of English.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Experience in selling PSP / e-payments in Polish e-commerce would be additional advantage.
    • Proven track record in direct acquisition of mid and large-scale local merchants (for e-commerce payments) - will be additional advantage.
