What you’ll be doing:

    • Experience range- 2-4 years

    • · Expected to lead technical programs- Lead teams to develop new products or build 
    •   upon/improve existing products 
    • · Work with Product to ensure the Product Requirements are drafted 
    • · Set processes for the requirement grooming sessions and ensure successful completion
    • · Lead the Tech Solutioning discussion so that the Tech architecture and Technical Flows of the 
    •   product and closed and signed off from the relevant Tech teams
    • · Ensure effort estimation is completed, and the engineer assignment is aligned
    • · Owner the product delivery roadmap and timelines
    • · Ensure status reporting to the product, Tech, Business teams on a fortnightly basis and more 
    •   frequent, if required
    • · Act as an agile Coach by implementing standard best practice of agile ways of working 
    • · Interface with a broad set of stakeholders, communicate and collaborate effectively at multiple 
    •   levels.
    • · You will create clear, concise and organized communication materials (e.g., Monthly status 
    •   reports, Risk registers, RACI matrix, plans, presentations, messages, updates etc.).
    • · Work with the development team to drive execution of sprints and achieve incremental delivery 
    •   of capabilities.
    • · Mitigate the risk and ensure timely delivery
    • · Dive deep and maintain progress even in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge. 
    • · Communicate clearly (verbal/written), within the team and external (technical/non-technical) 
    •   groups
    • · You will think holistically to identify opportunities around policies/processes to increase 
    •   efficiency across organizational boundaries.
    • · You will decide when to apply agile methodologies vs. traditional methodologies to achieve the 
    •   best development outcome.
    • · Support the Execution Process as defined by the Product Governance and Engineering Teams
    • · Ensure Backlog is groomed, and Epics/Stories are in a ready state upstream for the Development 
    •   teams before they move into the sprint ceremonies.

What are we looking for?

    • ▪ Candidate with prior Program/ Project Management experience in Product based organization. 
    • ▪ Demonstrates a critical understanding of functional information (e.g.: data/metrics, and technical 
    • information) and is able to accurately answer relevant questions.
    • ▪ Communicates a compelling rationale and narrative to peers and partners.
    • ▪ Experience in tailoring communications (content focus, style, format, etc.) for different audiences as 
    • appropriate.
    • ▪ Actively seeks diverse feedback on work and anticipates feedback to address it proactively.
    • ▪ Experience in understanding business requirements for large enterprises or complex product scenarios.
    • ▪ Hands-on experience in Product Operations and evolution of the software products.
    • ▪ excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and agile methodology and increase the 
    • adoption of the scrum ceremonies 
    • ▪ Ability to communicate clearly with peers and technical/non-technical stakeholders
    • Understand the deployment and release process
    • ▪ Proficient in MS-Office apps and Project management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
