PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE                                                                      
The purpose of this role is to shape the direction of a product ensuring it meets customer needs, aligns the company objectives and achieves success in the market.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
·       Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it
·       Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
·       Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges, and inform product decisions.
·       Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs.
·       Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand
·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, operations, finance and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery.
·       Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations.
·       Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
·       Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
·       Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement.
·       Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation strategies.
·       Proactively address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
·       Do other tasks assigned by a manager.
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE                                                                                                
·       A master's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, engineering, or computer science
·       Minimum 8 years of experience in product management
·       Deep understanding of the fintech industry (minimum 3 years of experience)
·       Very good knowledge of English – minimum B2
·       Minimum 4 years of experience in agile methodology environment

·       The ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams
·       Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·       The ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to various stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.
·       Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions and measure product success.
·       A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features.
·       Certifications related to product management, agile methodologies as an added value.
