El Analista de Monitoreo de fraudes tiene como foco principal analizar, gestionar y concluir la veracidad de las transacciones trabajadas, ya que en el control del fraude y este es un punto fundamental en la promesa de valor de la organización.

 Que vas hacer

Analizar las transacciones detenidas en validación, de los diferentes comercios que utilizan el servicio de validación avanzada de PayU. 
Responder correos de comercios o de áreas internas respecto de las transacciones que se requieran validar.
Capacidad de análisis para el reporte de transacciones con alta probabilidad de fraude
Tener la capacidad de tomar decisiones en caso de no lograr contacto con el comprador o el comercio.
Verificar la información de la transacción y los datos del comprador en los sistemas dispuestos de la organización.
Contactar al tarjeta habiente si la validación lo amerita, verificando los requisitos establecidos en el proceso.
Contactar al comercio si la validación lo amerita o gestionar correos respectivos
Responder correos internos o externos relacionados con el estado de la validación.

Requisitos profesionales 

Técnico, Tecnólogo o estudiante universitario de primeros semestres.
Experiencia en monitoreo transacciones de fraudes en bancos o redes.
Experiencia mínimo un año en monitoreo transaccional.
