Purpose of the Role                                                                            
·       Partner Program development and management
·       Results and profitability improvement
·       New Partners acquisition and effective current portfolio farming
 
Responsibility and key activities
·       Creating and constant modification of Partner Program strategy from the ecommerce market perspective, new trends, acquisition and settlements patterns
·       New Partners market opportunity identification (new players, new implementation etc.)
·       Active Partner acquisition, especially the key
·       Building and development relationships with Partner, especially key ones
·       Partner Program development
·       Creating and preparing ideas for improvement for Partner Program
·       Partners and their merchants boarding support
·       Supervising prompt and accurate Partners settlement process
·       Responsibility for Partner Program financials and P&L
·       Preparing, together with Marketing, Partner Program marketing strategy
·       Monitoring and analyzing ecommerce market to fully understand potential opportunities

Qualifications & experience                                                                                                            
·       University education
·       2 years’ experience at comparable position
·       Very good ecommerce market understanding
·       Team management skills
·       Analytics tools knowledge
·       English on minimal level of  B2
