About the role

    • As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for the revenue generation through new and existing client base: achieve assigned sales quota in a mix portfolio between farming and hunting for Mexico market

What you would do

    • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated portfolio and meet assigned expectations for profitability.
    • End-to-end management of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ongoing performance follow-up for the account
    • Strong internal project management with key stakeholders and close collaboration with cross-functional teams including but not limiting to Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology and Product.
    • Ensure accounts performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality and service and complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
    • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
    • Keep a strong understanding of product offerings, keeping up with enhancements and industry trends, and provide valuable feedback to product and sales management.
    • Project-manage significant changes affecting the account, including major new products, changes to business process, service levels and terms of trade.
    • Identify and cultivate new opportunities to execute large-scale payment processing implementation projects
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery of deliverables

What you will need to succeed

    • Over 5 years of experience in commercial positions; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
    • Prior experience and a solid understanding of the Payments and FinTech industry is a MUST
    • Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, and account profitability reviews
    • Proficient English level
