About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team, planning and executing the product road map and break it down to user stories.

The purpose of this role is supporting the defining and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize value for customers and business.

Responsibilities and key activities:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive
landscape.
Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges, and inform product decisions.
Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business
priorities and customer needs.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, operations,
finance and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery.
Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a
shared understanding of objectives and expectations.
Write clear and concise epics and user stories with acceptance criteria that define the
functionality to be developed.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within
scope.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market
adoption.
Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation
strategies.
Proactively address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:                                                                                              
·      A master's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, engineering, or computer science
·      At least 3-year work experience at a marketplace company
·      Minimum 4 years of experience as a product owner
·      Deep understanding of the fintech industry
·      Very good knowledge of English – minimum B2
·      Minimum 4 years of experience in agile methodology environment 

Skills & Knowledge:                                                                                                          
·      The ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams
·      Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions and measure product success.
·      A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features.
·      Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential
·      The ability to prioritize features and tasks based on business value, customer needs, and strategic goals.
·      Understanding of the technical aspects of software development
·      The ability to foster a collaborative work environment
·      Strong problem-solving skills
·      Experience working with cross-functional teams spread across different geographies, including operations, commercial, engineering, etc.,
·      Ability to drive decisions, take action, and roll up your sleeves and dive into the work,
·      Team player with the ability to contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse group,
·      Certifications related to product management, agile methodologies as an added value.
