    • As a design team, we work on products that empower our users to push the boundaries of fintech experience. Informed by research and data, we solve complex needs and build iteratively toward our vision. We ship high-fidelity designs of new features and prototype solutions. We own these projects from start to finish and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, product managers, content strategists, and researchers to deliver the best possible experience.

    •  What you’ll be doing:

    • Collaborate with multiple teams to envision, create, and execute evolving requirements that will help the team reach the user and business goals.
    • Work alongside senior designers, product & engineering teams to continuously develop & deploy high-quality products within timelines.
    • Support user research, workshops & competitor analysis to interpret data and analyze qualitative insights.
    • Understand and articulate the information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience.
    • Follow & grow the Design System to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
    • Create User Journeys, Information Architecture, Wireframes and Detailed designs.
    • Discover & create solutions for complex challenges while addressing both user personas & business needs.

What are we looking for?

    • ● A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including personas, scenarios, wire-framing, content modeling, prototyping, user research, and design systems.
    • ● Empathy and advocacy for users, in all areas of work.
    • ● Experience using UX prototyping tools, as well as relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to understand the constraints of the design.
    • ● Extraordinary UI design abilities that can be demonstrated through current projects.
    • ● Excellent written and communication skills
    • ● Bachelors/master's in design or a related field
    • ● 2+ years professional experience working in user experience design. Experience working on a cross-functional team in an enterprise environment is a plus.
